Slightly overhaul many of the perks added by the mod "Ordinator", while also adding some of the most interesting (in my opinion) effects from "Vokrii".

List of changes:

Alchemy

Stimulants: This effect duration as well as any beneficial potions duration is augmented by 1% per level of alchemy (compatible with the CACO-Ordinator patch)

Maenad: Removed the penalty to stamina and magicka when not under the effect of a potion. The boon when affected by beneficial potions is reduced from 50 to 25.

Alteration:


Alteration Mastery (rank 2):now increases the range of your targeted Alteration spells by 1% per alteration level
Alter Self: Now provide a 10% increased magic resistance.
Intuitive Magic: now only reduces the cost of spells by 80% instead of nullifying it.
Wild shrines: Reduced the bonus to 10%  increased magnitude (destruction, restoration, illusion) and 20% extended duration (alteration, conjuration)

Archery:

Clean Kill -> Renamed Law Of Nature: You inflict 35% more damage with a bow to targets below half health while you're at or above half health. This effect also extend to other kind of weapons, although the damage boost will be of only 15%.

Steady Hand: Slightly increased zoom power

Crippling Shot:Lowered skill requirement to 30. Augmented the maximum distance for the slow effect to take place. Now also wound living targets for 5 points of damages during 10 seconds if hit while running (Same as its Vokrii counterpart)

Pinning Shot: Wound the undead like crippling shot wounded the livings if the same conditions are met.

Hunter's discipline: Now also give you access to very basics trick arrows (wound, slow, or dent armor.) For that, you will first have to build a misc item related to the intended effect (stack of barbed arrowheads, numbing substance, or corrosive solution) and apply it on steel arrows. The conversion rate for steel arrows to trick arrows is 15 to 10 to reflect that you're just beginning to learn how to craft these kind of arrows. Each arrow effect's magnitude or duration is dependant on your archery skill.

Hailstorm -> Elusive Target : Now give you instead a 4% bonus to movement speed after drawing a bow. Should prevent "weapon speed mult" kind of bugs.

Npc archery perk changes: Depending on their vanilla archery perks, they may be able too to wound running targets (including you) or slowing them down. So careful!

Conjuration:

Conjuration mastery: Now also give you, through a toggleable spell, the possibility to cast your second most powerful reanimation spell (ie: the novice-level one if you know the apprentice one, the apprentice one if you know the adept one, and so on) for free during combat by activating a corpse if not controlling a minion, but it will last for only 50% (rank 1) or 75%(rank 2) of a standard reanimation spell. If the body "fails" to reanimate (a bug where the reanimation spell apply, but the body still don't move, likely because you activated it on a corpse that didn't "finished" its death animation) you may activate it again to disintegrate it. Additionally, the spell duration extension also apply to skeletal minions raised through the "Lord Of Bones" perk tree.

Lord Of Bones: No changes, other than the weight of all bones being reduced and the aforementioned duration extension.

Preservation: The duration of reanimation spells is multiplied by 3 for standard spells, 20 for "dread zombie" and "Dead Thrall" and 2 for the "activate" type spells.

Signed In Blood: Now just restore health and stamina to friendly daedras. Area augmented to 20 feets.

Undead Crown: Area augmented to 20 feets.

Edge of Oblivion: You can control one additional minion, but summoning or reanimating a minion will briefly weakens your defenses (each time you summon or reanimate a minion, you will lose 100 points of armor and 25% magic resistance, fading over 20 seconds).

March Of Oblivion: The threshold of base magicka for each additional summon is reduced from 250 to 150.

Destruction:

Destruction Mastery: Now also increase the duration of destruction cloaks by 0.5%/1% per destruction level

Static Field->Conductive Field: hitting a casting target have a chance to interrupt them, nullify their magicka regeneration and reducing their maximum magicka by 50 points for a short while  (I tried removing the insta-25% damages, but it seemed hard-scripted)

Swapped the destruction skill requirements for "crystalyse" and "shatter" perks. The "shatter" perk will now also slow targets by 20%(not stackable) if they are not frost resistants

Enchanting:

Enchanting Mastery: At rank 2, the potency of enchantments applied to weapons wielded with both hands (bows, crossbows, greatswords, etc...) is increased by 20%.

Soul Siphon : Now also give you a chance of finding soul gems on opponents you kill.

Secretkeeper: The bonus to spells and physical damages is no longer dependant on whether you wield the staff in your right or your left hand.

Thunderstruck: Bows get in on the fun too, now! When wielding a bow or crossbow, the enchantments delivered by their shots is augmented by up to 30% depending on the distance between you and the target.

Staff Recharge -> Staff Mastery : (another thing from Vokrii) Now also give you 25% reduced damages and stagger and 20% augmented magic resistance when wielding a staff and no shield.

Attunement: Now also add 1000 points of charge to soul gems used for enchantment.

Heavy Armor:

Face Of Death: Now available at level 30

Illusion:

Illusion Mastery: The increase in magnitude to illusion spells now is more significant on spells of higher levels. Wielding a staff will also have it applied to mind-affecting enchantments.

Dream Thief: The duration is now increased by 1% per illusion level.

Kindred Mage: Now will not affect enchantment(unless you wield a staff), in order to prevent possible exploits.

Pandemonium: Targets under frenzy spells willnow gain only 25% increased damages, but will suffer 20 points of damages whenever attacking (this use the script from Vokrii)

Light Armor: 

All unarmed related perks (iron fists, breaking waves, etc....) are now more efficients if you are a werewolf or a vampire.

Sweeping Wind: Now also reduces the cost of unarmed power attacks by 50% and damages nearby enemies' stamina and magicka whenever you stagger them with your hands.

Initiative: Now also allows you to regenerate 1 additional percent of your stamina per second if wearing all light armor.

Keen Senses: Now available as soon as level 30.

One Handed:

Clash Of Champions:Now each tier allows you to inflict light bleeding damages if hitting a power-attacking target

Rogue's Parry: Now don't require you to have an empty other hand, but the damage boost is reduced to 20%

Restoration:

Note: Due to the glacial pace at which this skill progress, I have lowered the skill requirements of a lots of perks, in order for the player to have them earlier

Edgewalker: Lowered requred skill level to 20

Hallowed Burial->Crusader: Now increase the magnitude of turn undead spells by 10 points(rank1)/20 points(rank 2). Does not stack with the perk's own magnitude boost to what you throw at undead. Also provide a cloak that reduces the speed and physical damages of nearby undead by 10%/20% and heal living allies 5/10 points of health per seconds

Vigilant: Now also reduces the cost of all warding spells by 25%

Necromanticon: Now available at level 30, and you will obtain the next spells at level 40 (death cloud) and 65 (carrion wind) and  The base magnitude of all spells is reduced by 25%, but they gain up to 40% more magnitude, the lower your target's remaining health is.

Exorcism: Skill requirement lowered to 35. Skills required to gain the next spells are similarly reduced by 10 points, same as Necromanticon.

Pilgrim: Now also increase shrines blessings duration by 1% per level of restortion. Reduced required restoration skill requirement to 35

Warrior's Flame: The flame now only restore 10 points of magicka and stamina rather than 20. Similarly, the healing/damages provided by the sacred flame and Ashes To Ashes Perk is reduced to 15 points per second. Healing by the sacred Flame doesn't apply to servants of Daedras(read: Werewolves, whether in beast or human form)
 
Crusader->renamed Bane of the undead, since I renamed Bane of the undead Crusader.

Chalice of tears: Now also apply if you are a werewolf.

Plague Doctor: Now available at level 35, but the magnitude is set to half of your restoration skill (meaning your aura's magnitude start at 17.5% reduced poison/disease resistances but will grow as your restoration skill increases.

Smithing:

Now all perks that give you choice of a style of smithing (elven/dwarven) also grant you the tempering bonus to both of those styles. Additionally, the steel smithing perk now also give you a similar tempering bonus to leather armor.

Sneak:

Demolition Job: Now also improve the effectiveness of weapons enchantments by 1% per level of sneak if applied to an unsuspecting target.

Backstab: Now works with all weapons, but the damage bonus is only 15%/30%.

Fog Of War: Now also provide you with a 15% speed bonus when you are sneaking.

Assassin's Blade: Now also increases the duration and magnitude of one-handed and ranged weapons perks by respectively 1% and 0.5% per level of sneak if applied undetected.

Smokescreen: Now a ritual expert level illusion spell that you can fire at will !(as long as you can afford both the spell cost and remain still for the 6 seconds it takes to cast it) 

Speech

Speech Mastery: Also increase the effectiveness of your shouts by 0.5%/1% per level of speech

Speak with animals: Now available at level 35 so you don't have to wait too long to pet cute doggos. Additionally, the duration past which your companion will teleport to you has been augmented so it doesn't bump in your path every 5 seconds, your animal companion will also gain 25 health and stamina for each 5 levels you have (capped at level 50) so they don't ends up knock-out 5 seconds in the battle. Oh, and the "wild companion release" power also come with a minor "Kyne's peace" secondary effect so your loyal companion of old doesn't attempt upon release to affectionately takes bits of you as souvenirs.

Kynareth's Gift: Now available at level 50, and apply the same bonus regardless of the kind of animal. The bonus is: 25% increased damages, 25% increased magic resistance, 150 points of armor, and 20% increased speed.

Horn Of Sovngard-> Kynareth's Love: When within 15 feets from your animal companion, you will both gain 75 points of armor and 15% increased magic resistance.

Hurricane Force->Skald: You take 15% less damages and have 10% increased critical hit chance against targets affected by a shout.

Force Redoubled: Now also reduces your shout cooldown permanently by 20%/35%.
