Makes Interesting NPCs and Great Town of Ivarstead play nice.
1.1 update: Changes: Forwarded persistency on the two stools in the Vilemyr Inn, moved the death marker and the front door marker to new locations, marked NobleLongTableWindhelm as persistent and changed the FicusStage20 quest to point to it. Forwarded farmtablebench01 being disabled, although that wasn't strictly necessary.
In worldspace, moved two bedrolls, an x-marker, and a wounded floor marker to match Narfi's new house (roughly). Those should be related to the same quest. Moved a Rakki moveto marker (which should just be for a sandbox) to be on the new bridge, instead of floating out in the air.
