There's about a million different mods available that already do this, but their changes are a bit too drastic for me. I know Emily's 1800s nightgown is hard to work with, but I didn't want her to just have a completely new body, so I decided to do something for my own personal use. She now has an off the shoulder dress with a belt, and her general sprite shape has (mostly) remained intact! I didn't really know what to do with her feet without changing the skirt so they animate a little weirdly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also made minor changes to her hair so that it matches her portrait a bit better.
I've only been able to test her walking/standing/kissing sprites in my own game, I'd appreciate if anyone who uses this lets me know if any of the other sprites look wonky! I struggled to color over some of them without completely redrawing her, some of those sprites are... weirdly shaped.

INSTALLATION (Content Patcher):
- Download Content Patcher if you haven't already
- Open .rar file, extract the '[CP]EmilySpriteEdit' folder to your Stardew Valley\Mods folder
INSTALLATION (.xnb replacement):
- Open .rar file, extract Emily.xnb to your Stardew Valley\Content\Characters folder
