The download for the main file pops up the warning that RS Children is required. If I read your description right it is only required for the patch, not the main file.
It was reported on the LotD discord that a forsworn camp in the reach is removed to make room for one of the libraries. To be clear: I don't use this myself.
The conflict would manifest as a floating artifact that was placed on one of the tables that this mod removes. There may also be dialog issues, I'm not invested enough to go back and double check whether Auryen specifically mentions that it is in a Forsworn camp.
Could you please make a version that doesn't require LotD? I had this mod on Oldrim and was really happy to see it here but I have no interest in LotD; I just want the libraries by themselves. If you could do a standalone version that would be awesome.
Me too. Especially considering that the books are actually from the Book Covers Skyrim Lost Library mod. It would be awesome to have a version to referenced that.
This was time consuming to do and I'm not currently playing skyrim. You could try your hand at porting the original to SE, it adds many of the same books as the Lost Library mod, but you won't get the nice new covers. I may look into this when I get more time, but it's not gonna be any time soon to be honest. Original linked below.
I have a random door in Dawnstar XX01173B that's just floating and not attached to anything (Console shows it's attached to this mod). Is there supposed to be something in Dawnstar? I can find it in xedit and I want to make sure it isn't supposed to be anything.
Question: If already using Book Covers Skyrim - Lost Library, will there be extra books of the same names, or will they be integrated into this mod's content seamlessly?
They will be missing entirely. This version of the seaside library doesn't add the books that Book Covers Skyrim - Lost Legacy adds, it integrates the books provides by Legacy of the Dragonborn into the Libraries. Legacy is required for this to work, it won't recognize the books Lost Legacy at all.
